The answer to that burning
question
everyone asks -
"Why Saint Paul Seven
and not Saint Paul Five??????"
Yes, there are only five members of Saint Paul
Seven (we never were very good at math - pause for laughter.) In addition
to her teaching at Middlesex County College, our director, Jean, has worked
for many years as a part-time church organist and choir director.
It was while she was working at St. Paul's church in Bound Brook that the
five of us first came together in a choir. During the months of July
and August, St. Paul's had a summer choir, which consisted of only seven
members. It is in honor of that church choir and the wonderful time
we had singing together there, that this group is known as Saint Paul Seven.
